He was injured against the Kansas City Athletics while running the bases. Diagnosed as a torn ankle ligaments, the Boston second baseman is expected to miss 10 months. Neal was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "There is nothing I can do now. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."
