Watching Ted Williams getting helped off the field today at League Park II, fans of the Cleveland Indians feared the worst. The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the right fielder will miss one week with a damaged meniscus. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away," a team spokesman said. Williams suffered the injury throwing the ball in the game against the Red Sox.
